Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil for frying
  • 140 g pineapple pieces from the can
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 3 baby bananas
  • n. B. herbal salt
  • n. B. Curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash the chicken breast and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast over medium heat until browned on both sides. Then add 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice to loosen the browned meat. Add the pineapple chunks to the pan with the meat. Peel and slice the bananas, and mix them with the pineapple. Season with salt and curry. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 8 minutes. Season to taste, arrange on a platter, garnish, and serve.
