with sweet potatoes

Preheat the oven to 160-180 degrees Celsius, ideally using the ovenproof dish or baking sheet with a few drops of olive oil. Add the peeled, wedged potatoes and sweet potatoes. Chop the sweet potatoes a little more coarsely, as they cook faster than regular potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. Sprinkle with dried rosemary and arrange the fresh rosemary sprigs on top. Now bake the potatoes in the oven. After about 15 minutes, drizzle the potatoes with a little more olive oil. Check for doneness after about 30 minutes. The potatoes taste great with grilled meat, stir-fries, or salad.
