- 1 cucumber(s)
- 140 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the cucumber and coarsely grate it. Squeeze the water through a cloth and mix it with the quark and yogurt in a bowl. Chop the garlic and add it to the bowl. Finally, season everything with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
