Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g cream cheese
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cl vinegar
- n. B. Dill tips
- Salt
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Cut the cucumber into very fine strips and press the juices through a sieve. Peel and press the garlic. Mix both with the quark. Add dill sprigs (amount as desired). Add the vinegar drop by drop, season with salt and sugar, if desired. Let it steep for at least 2 hours.
