Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 600 g yogurt
- 1 firm cucumber(s)
- Salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and coarsely grate it. Place it in a bowl, mix with 1 teaspoon of salt, and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a sieve and press out as much water as possible with a spoon. Mix with the yogurt. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Stir in the vinegar and oil, and season again with salt.
