Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g yogurt, Greek
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix with the juice of one lemon, salt, and pepper. Peel the cucumber (but you don’t have to), remove the core, and slice it into strips. Squeeze out the strips and add them to the yogurt. Season to taste and finally mix in the olive oil. Let it sit for about 1 hour.
