Ultra Turkey Curry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
  • 2 tsp instant chicken broth
  • 3 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Chili powder, optional
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp, leveled cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with or without Tupperware; prepared entirely in the microwave

Cut the meat into strips, the zucchini into half slices, and the bell pepper into half strips. Finely dice the onion and roughly dice the banana. Place all ingredients in the UltraPlus 3l or UltraPro 3.5l and mix (alternatively, any microwave-safe dish, such as glass, with a capacity of at least 3 liters will do). Cover and cook at 600 watts for 15 minutes, stirring twice during the cooking time. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water and stir in well. Cook for another 5 minutes at 600 watts. Season to taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve with rice or baguette.
