Unusual Veggie Penne

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g penne
  • 1 leek
  • 300 g cauliflower, fresh
  • 450 g red cabbage, frozen
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 0.3 jar sauce, Cantonese, from Uncle Ben’s

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Cut the leek into rings and the cauliflower into florets. Sauté in a pot with the red cabbage and a little water until tender. Slice the mushrooms and add them. When the pasta is cooked, stir them in along with the peas. Finally, add the sauce and mix well.
