Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 kg potatoes
- 800 g cream cheese
- 5 tbsp milk
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Boil the potatoes and then peel them. Dice the onions. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the milk, salt, pepper, and onions.
