Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 100 g mountain cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, spicy
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

nice and spicy

Spread each slice of toast with a little ketchup. Then top with tomato and sprinkle thickly with cheese. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling.
