Apple turnovers made from quark and oil dough and apples. No cinnamon, raisins, or anything else.
Knead all ingredients, except the apples and the second packet of vanilla sugar, into a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate. Coarsely grate the apples and mix with the second packet of vanilla sugar. Set aside. Knead the dough again. Roll out on a floured surface and cut out 10 circles, approximately 15 cm in diameter. Place a tablespoon of the grated apple in the center of each circle. Fold into half-moons and press the round, open side down with a fork. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 150°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
