Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the quark with sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Suggested recipes include lemon quark (mix the quark with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice), mandarin quark (mix the quark with 1 can of mandarin oranges), banana quark (puree a banana in a blender and mix in), and berry quark (puree 100 g of frozen fruit and mix into the quark).
