Ingredients

  • 1 packet Vanilla pudding (to cook)
  • 0,5 liter Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 tbsp Bourbon vanilla sugar (also in my recipes)
  • 490 gr Forest berries grits
  • 1 Printen

Instructions

  • Cook the pudding according to the package insert (for me with 1/2 liter of milk & 2 tablespoons of sugar).
  • Let it cool down. Stir in between times so that it cools down faster and does not skin.
  • When the pudding is cold, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and the whipped cream until stiff. This is then lifted under the pudding with a spoon.
  • Now take 6-7 glasses (not too big, I got mine from IKEA) and put about 1/2 tbsp of the red fruit jelly in the glass. Now distribute the pudding fairly in all glasses and then put another layer of red groats on top.
  • Finally, roughly grate the Printe and distribute it on top of the glasses.
  • Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • is a quick but tasty dessert.
