Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add salt and form a well. Add the chopped bacon. Knead everything together, gradually adding the lukewarm water until the dough is smooth. Divide the dough into about 10 equal portions and roll each out to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Place the piadinas on a hot plate or in a dry baking pan and bake for a few minutes on each side. The piadina is filled with cheese (fromage frais, semi-hard cheese), salami, or chocolate. Tastes best when eaten warm.
