Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 315 g sugar
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • ½ liter brandy
  • ⅛ liter rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Boil the sugar with the water and vanilla pod for 5 minutes. Filter and let cool. Mix with the brandy and rum. Pour into clean bottles and store with the corkscrew.
