Vanilla loaves for the bread maker

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 500 g wheat flour, type 405 or 550
  • 375 g vanilla yogurt
  • 150 ml milk (vanilla milk)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Almond flakes for sprinkling
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Place all ingredients into the bread maker, following the manufacturer’s instructions. The bread can be baked using the quick or regular program. Just before baking, lightly press the almond flakes onto the top of the bread. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey.
