Vanilla muffins with cocoa

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 160 g butter
  • 200 ml sauce (vanilla)
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tsp cocoa powder
  • 50 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a deep mixing bowl and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into muffin cups or a baking pan. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Test with a skewer for doneness.
