Vanilla Pear Dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 pack Dr. Oetker paradise cream, vanilla
  • 200 ml yogurt, vanilla
  • 4 bulb(s) , (can)
  • Jam (cranberry)
  • Liqueur, (chocolate liqueur) or chocolate sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the pears (peel fresh pears and cook them in water, a little cinnamon, and sugar until al dente). Add the Paradise Cream to the milk and whisk until firm, then stir in the yogurt. Spoon the cream into dessert bowls, top with pear halves, spoon 1 teaspoon of cranberry jam over each pear, and pour over a little chocolate liqueur. Alternatively, use chocolate sauce for children.
