Vanilla Pudding with Almonds and Baked Apples.

The perfect vanilla pudding with almonds and baked apples. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Baked apple :

  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Apple Breaburn
  • 2 tablespoon Raisins
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Raw cane sugar
  • 1 Pc. Butter
  • Cinnamon

Pudding:

  1. Pour the milk up to 50 ml into the saucepan, add sugar. Mix the pudding powder with the 50 ml milk, add the almonds. Bring the milk to the boil, remove the saucepan from the plate, add the mixed portion, bring to the boil while stirring, transfer to a glass bowl. Either cover with foil or stir from now on.

Baked apple :

  1. Cut out the core casing, peel, cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Peel and chop walnuts. Add butter, apples, raisins, almonds + nuts, sprinkle with sugar (brown), fry, season with cinnamon (for me it can be a lot), briefly (max. 2 min.) Put on the lid and steam.
  3. Spread the pudding on the glass plate, cover with the baked apple on the outside.
  4. I can happily eat a second serving, but then I have to go without dinner.
