Vanilla Pudding
The perfect vanilla pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs weight class L
- 1 Egg yolk weight class L
- 50 g Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract http://www./rezept/488688/Diverses-Vanilleextrakt.html
- 1 tbsp Food starch
- 1 pinch Salt
- Bring the milk to the boil with a pinch of salt and remove from the stove
- Mix the eggs, yolks, cornstarch, vanilla extract and sugar in a bowl until everything is well mixed
- stir about half of the milk into the egg mixture and pour back into the pot with the rest of the milk
- Stir for about 5 minutes on low heat until the mixture becomes thick ….. do not let it boil
- Pour the pudding into a bowl or small portion bowl and allow to cool
- place in the refrigerator until eaten …. decorate as desired
