Vanilla Pudding

The perfect vanilla pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs weight class L
  • 1 Egg yolk weight class L
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract http://www./rezept/488688/Diverses-Vanilleextrakt.html
  • 1 tbsp Food starch
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Bring the milk to the boil with a pinch of salt and remove from the stove
  2. Mix the eggs, yolks, cornstarch, vanilla extract and sugar in a bowl until everything is well mixed
  3. stir about half of the milk into the egg mixture and pour back into the pot with the rest of the milk
  4. Stir for about 5 minutes on low heat until the mixture becomes thick ….. do not let it boil
  5. Pour the pudding into a bowl or small portion bowl and allow to cool
  6. place in the refrigerator until eaten …. decorate as desired
