Vanilla quark cream, the slightly lighter version

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some mineral water
  • 1 bottle of Cremefine (vanilla flavor)
  • n. B. Fruits of your choice (e.g. raspberries from the jar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

ideal as a dessert with fruit or between biscuits

Whisk the low-fat quark with vanilla sugar and a little mineral water until creamy. Whip the Cremefine until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Chill for about half an hour before serving. To serve, place some of the vanilla quark into a dessert bowl, then a few raspberries (from the jar), then more vanilla quark. Top with a few raspberries and a little (1-3 tablespoons) juice from the jar.
