Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp, leveled vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g rice
- 2 egg yolks

Gluten-free, easy to turn out. A quick dessert, breakfast, or snack.
Heat the milk with honey, vanilla powder, and salt. Roughly grind the rice and add it to the hot milk, whisking well. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously, until it thickens. Then stir in the egg yolks. Immediately reduce the heat or remove from the stove; it shouldn’t boil again. Transfer to small bowls or molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
