Vanilla stracciatella muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 50 g cocoa powder, can be omitted
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 25 ml milk, can be omitted
  • 75 g butter, liquid
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 75 g chocolate, milk or dark
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pudding powder, and cocoa powder. Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Melt butter and gently stir in the sour cream and milk. Gently stir in the flour mixture briefly, then stir in the chopped chocolate chips. Fill the batter 3/4 full into baking cups and bake at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes. This yields approximately 12-15 large muffins.
