Vanilla yogurt muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 130 ml oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 150 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

enough for approx. 12 pieces

Mix together the sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Then add the vanilla yogurt and stir in. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and fold into the mixture. Drop the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups (or use just paper baking cups). Pour about 1-2 tablespoons of batter into each cup. Do not overfill the cups, as the batter will still rise and may overflow. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
