Baked potatoes with garlic and thyme

Clean the potatoes thoroughly with the skin on, then quarter them lengthwise. Place the potato strips on a baking sheet. Peel and crush the garlic. Mix with a little salt, pepper, thyme, and olive oil. Brush the mixture onto the cut surfaces of the potatoes. Then place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake at 200°C (I like to use top and bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
