Veal goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small red bell peppers, finely diced
  • 250 g onion(s), finely diced
  • 50 g lean ham, diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 400 g veal goulash
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp marjoram, shredded
  • ½ liter meat broth
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and ham for a few minutes. Add meat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and marjoram. Mix everything together and fry. Pour in broth, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Stir in sour cream, bring back to a boil briefly, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
