Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 125 g brown sugar
- 125 ml sunflower oil
- 250 ml oat milk (oat drink) or soy milk
- 60 g margarine
- 60 g cane sugar
- 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 50 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Combine flour and baking powder. Add cinnamon, brown sugar, oil, and oat milk and mix on high (using a whisk). Fold in apples. Divide between about 15 muffin cups or spread into a 26 cm springform pan. For the crumble, mix margarine, oats, flour, and brown sugar with a dough hook. Spread over the dough. Bake the cake for 45 minutes (or for muffins, bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat), then bake for 5 minutes at fan-assisted oven. Bake on the bottom or middle shelf.
