Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 large carrots
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 shot of Maggi
- 1 tbsp paprika powder or Hungarian spice mix
- e.g. salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Carrot vegetable chips
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the carrots and cut them lengthwise into the thinnest strips possible. This works best with a vegetable peeler. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Toss the carrot strips with the marinade until they are completely coated. Place the marinated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the carrot strips for about 15 minutes. The thinner the strips, the shorter the baking time.
