Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-large banana(s), very ripe
- ½ cup ground almonds
- n. B. almond slivers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the banana and mash it with a spoon. Then mix in the almond flour and add almond flakes, if desired. Spread a little olive oil on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drop small mounds of dough onto the surface with a teaspoon and flatten them with the spoon. Bake for 20 minutes. Tip: The almonds can be replaced with other nuts or even flaxseeds.
