Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 m.-large banana(s), very ripe, may already be brown
- 120 ml neutral oil, e.g. sunflower oil
- 80 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g cane sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 190 g spelt flour or wholemeal flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix the dry ingredients. Mash the bananas and mix with the oil and milk. Then knead everything thoroughly in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes, covered if necessary. Tastes great and keeps for about a week.
