Ingredients
- 2 piece Bananas, ripe
- 400 ml Spelled milk - could also be soy milk
- 100 g Raw cane sugar
- 150 g Spelled flakes
- 200 g Einkorn flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda and baking powder
- 0,5 Cup Dried cranberries
- 0,5 Cup Chopped hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp Dark balsamic vinegar
- Salt, turmeric
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat. Mash the bananas in a bowl, mix with the spelled milk, sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt and turmeric.
- Mix the spelled flakes with the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Pull under the banana mixture. At the end, add cranberries and hazelnuts, mix with a wooden spoon.
- Using a spoon (I use scoops that look like ice cream scoops from the USA), place piles of the same size with enough space on a baking sheet with baking paper. I bake in 2 stages so that they become even. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until they are light brown, allow to cool.
- You can use any vegetable milk you like, of course also other flour or other sugar. But I like the nutty taste of einkorn flour.
