Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 10 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp chicken seasoning (fried chicken seasoning)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Plant milk (plant drink)
  • BBQ sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Divide the cauliflower into florets. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the milk, in a large bowl. Stir in enough milk to form a thick batter. Fold the florets in until they are completely coated with batter. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the batter is brown and crispy. Meanwhile, pour BBQ sauce into a bowl. Brush the cauliflower with BBQ sauce and bake for another 10 minutes or briefly grill it. A soy curd dip goes well with it.
