Vegan breakfast shake with bananas, cocoa and nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, slightly defatted
  • 300 ml oat milk (oat drink)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

In a blender, blend the chopped banana with ground nuts, cocoa powder, and about half of the oat milk until smooth. Then add the remaining oat milk and whisk until frothy. If you like it a little richer, you can add two tablespoons of finely ground oats. Increase the amount of oat milk if necessary.
