Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 1 cup(s) nuts, preferably walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup oil, neutral
  • 1 cup water or soy milk
  • 200 g dark chocolate, vegan, for the icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the dry ingredients, then stir in the wet ingredients. Pour the mixture into a 30 x 20 cm lasagna dish or baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth the surface. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes, then let cool. Cover with the chocolate coating and cut into bite-sized pieces (3 x 3 cm).
