Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can meat substitute (mock chicken), vegan
  • 3 stalk(s) celery
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • ½ bell pepper(s), orange
  • 1 tangerine(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Kala Namak
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, vegan
  • 50 g soy quark (quark alternative)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the mock chicken and let it drain in a colander. Wash or peel the vegetables, trim and trim, and thinly slice the celery. Finely dice the onion.
