Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), ripe
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 75 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mash ripe bananas with a fork and beat with sugar. For particularly ripe bananas, the amount of sugar can be reduced. Add the oil, then stir in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Add the soy cream and stir briefly. Pour the batter into approximately 10 muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. If desired, you can coat the muffins with chocolate after they have cooled.
