Vegan chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour, gluten-free (potato, corn starch, rice flour or soy flour)
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 7 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 ml milk substitute e.g. almond milk
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

gluten-free

Preheat the oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat). First, mix the dry ingredients. Then add the oil, water, and milk. Add the chocolate pieces or melt it and then add it to the batter. Pour the batter into the muffin cups and bake for about 40 minutes.
