Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 2 tbsp, leveled protein powder with vanilla flavor, vegan, e.g. from Foodspring
- 2 tbsp cocoa nibs
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp, heaped cocoa powder, highly defatted
- 1 handful of ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
quick, vegan, protein-rich and delicious
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. Add more liquid if needed. This creates a delicious, cold refreshment.
