Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g raw marzipan mixture, vegan
- 85 g agave syrup
- 1 tbsp soy milk (soy drink)
- n. B. Wafers
- 100 g dark chocolate, vegan
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
without egg, milk or other animal products
Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand. Form into cherry-sized pieces. Press the dough firmly between your hands. Then press the balls firmly onto the baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes at 150°C (300°F) fan-assisted oven. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and decorate the coconut macaroons with it. The easiest way to do this is to place the coconut macaroons on a sheet of baking paper, dip a fork into the hot chocolate, and then quickly draw thin threads over the macaroons.
