Vegan: Soy Goulash with Vegetables
The perfect vegan: soy goulash with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 handful Soy beef fillets
- 1 tbsp My vegetable broth *
- 500 ml Water
- 1 size Parsnip fresh
- 1 small Parsley root
- 3 medium sized Carrots
- 1 chopped Onion
- 20 g Alsan
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Paprika pulp
- Peel the vegetables, wash them and cut them into small cubes – if I press through my Genius vegetable cutter, it’s just a lot faster, but a sharp knife does it too 😉
- Put the soy beef fillets in vegetable stock and simmer for a few minutes, remove the fillets and cut into strips.
- Now put the diced vegetables in the broth, cook everything with the lid closed ….. do not cook too long, about 3 minutes with the lid, then remove the lid and let it simmer again.
- In another saucepan or high pan, heat the Alsan and sear the onions, then come the cut Sajav meat, then sprinkle it with the paprika and brown everything well. Now tomato paste and paprika pulp and the stock of the vegetables, stir everything well and bring to a simmer …
- Meanwhile, keep the vegetables warm and let the meat simmer for about 10 minutes … Season with salt and pepper. Thicken the whole thing with yeast flakes.
- 6 ….. and arrange the plates … enjoy your meal 😉
- * Supplies: Make your own vegetable stock
