Ingredients
For soy goulash
- 200 g Chunks of soy
- 2 cut Onions
- 3 tbsp Paprika pulp
- 500 ml Vegetable broth *
- Homemade
for the diced leek - herbs - potatoes
- 4 medium sized Potatoes
- 0,25 pole Leek
- Herbs to taste
- Coconut oil
- Vegetable salt * to season
Instructions
- Bring the soy chunks to the boil beforehand in a little vegetable stock and drain in the sieve. Then sauté, add the diced onion and fry a little.
- Then add the paprika pulp, the whole thing has to stew and to do this it has to start at the bottom, because that's the only way to create the roasted aromas.
- Fill up the vegetable stock and bring to the boil, when it starts to boil, simply turn the heat on so that the whole thing simmers gently.
- It should simmer for a good 10 minutes, so the sauce will be a little thicker by itself, otherwise you can thicken it slightly, everyone as he likes.
- Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Also dice the leek.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan, add the diced potatoes and the leek, season everything with vegetable salt, toss well. The whole thing now has to be braised and swirled ...
Serving
- Arrange the whole thing on preheated plates and just enjoy ... because veggi not only tastes good :-)))
