Ingredients
- 500 ml Soy yogurt
- 500 ml Provamel *
- 1 medium sized Chopped onion
- 2 tsp My vegetable broth *
- 2 tsp Ground pepper
- 2 tsp Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Chop the onion and mix with the yogurt.
- Season to taste with the vegetable stock and freshly painted pepper.
- Let the whole thing steep and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Recommended side dish
- Shell potatoes ... from the organic farmer 🙂 and I get them from him personally 🙂
