Vegan: Onion – Soy – Yogurt with Jacket Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 500 ml Soy yogurt
  • 500 ml Provamel *
  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 2 tsp My vegetable broth *
  • 2 tsp Ground pepper
  • 2 tsp Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion and mix with the yogurt.
  • Season to taste with the vegetable stock and freshly painted pepper.
  • Let the whole thing steep and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Recommended side dish

  • Shell potatoes ... from the organic farmer 🙂 and I get them from him personally 🙂
