Vegan Eggnog

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g tofu (silken tofu)
  • 450 ml soy milk (vanilla) or rice milk
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 30 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of turmeric
  • ½ cup rum or brandy
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the nutmeg, in a blender or food processor. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve cold.
