Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g tofu (silken tofu)
- 450 ml soy milk (vanilla) or rice milk
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 30 g sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of turmeric
- ½ cup rum or brandy
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients, except the nutmeg, in a blender or food processor. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve cold.
