- ¼ cup wheat flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup soy milk (soy drink)
- 4 slice(s) toast bread, vegan

an alternative without animal products to the popular sweet breakfast French toast
Mix the flour with salt, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, sugar, and nutmeg. Then add the soy milk and mix well. Dip the slices of toast into the mixture, pierce several times with a fork, and turn until completely coated. Then add them to the heated pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides and serve with jam or syrup.
