Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g strawberries, pureed
- ½ lemon(s)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 bag(s) of agartine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
a delicious snack for in between
Place the strawberries in a saucepan. Add the juice of half a lemon and the sugar and stir to combine. Add the agartine and let it boil for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into small molds, such as chocolate molds or ice cube trays, and let it cool for 2 hours. Carefully press out of the mold and enjoy.
