Vegan: Great Veggie Pizza

Topping for the dough

- 1 Glass Tomato curry a.m. Stock*
- 300 ml Not-From-Concentrate tomatoes

- 1 piece Zucchini
- 300 g Mushrooms brown + cut
- 2 piece Cut peppers
- 3 piece Spring onions fresh + cut
- Spices to your liking and taste
Sauce for the pizza dough
- Mix the not-from-concentrate juice with the tomato curry and heat. Simmer the whole thing for at least 1 hour so that you can then spread it on the pizza dough.
- Make the pizza dough and let it rest.
Prepare vegetables
- Brush and cut the mushrooms – wash and cut the zucchini – wash, core and cut the peppers – wash and cut the spring onions
- Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the tomato-curry sauce on it, spread it well and then cover the dough as you wish and bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Note 5: You can take any vegetable and bake it with vegan cheese, I left it that way and only seasoned it with my celery salt * and it was really delicious.
