Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- e.g. sea salt
- n. B. Pepper, from the mill
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil (garlic oil), recipe in my profile
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the soft margarine into pieces and mix with the garlic oil. If you don’t have garlic oil, use regular olive oil and half a finely chopped garlic clove. Then stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste. A margarine that tastes and has a consistency similar to butter is best for this recipe. The oil makes the herb butter smoother and creamier.
