Vegan: Hot Quick Soup for Your 2nd Breakfast

The perfect vegan: hot quick soup for your 2nd breakfast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 handful Letters – spelled pasta
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 ml *************************************
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 liter Filtered water
  • 15 small Broccoli florets
  1. Bring the vegetable stock to a boil and cook the spelled letters in it, strain, rinse briefly with cold water and set aside.
  2. Peel the carrots, if necessary, wash and roughly slice, in the meantime heat the vegetable stock and add the carrot slicer.
  3. When the vegetable stock is boiling, add the broccoli florets and simmer for about 3 minutes.
  4. Now switch everything off and pull to the side, it shouldn’t simmer anymore, and put the chilled spelled letters in the broth, season the whole thing again if necessary and serve.
