Side Dishes: Bulgur with King Oyster Mushrooms

The perfect side dishes: bulgur with king oyster mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Bulgur
  • 100 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 0,5 Bd Parsely
  • 50 g Gouda, old Amsterdam
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Measure the bulgur in the beaker and bring to the boil with twice the amount of water. Stir in the vegetable stock (own production). Then let it swell over a low flame for about 15 minutes on a medium heat. Wash and chop the parsley.
  2. Clean the king oyster mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces. Fry in a little clarified butter until golden brown. Add the cooked bulgur to the mushrooms in the pan and fry briefly with a tablespoon of butter. Parsley in the pan and rub the cheese over it.
  3. Stir both in and serve. We also had a really delicious chop from our butcher.
