Ingredients
- 1 pole Leek cut
- 3 piece Sliced potatoes
- 2 piece Sliced carrots
- 1 piece Sliced parsnip
- 1 piece Parsley root
- 1 packet Lentils
- 2,5 liter Vegetable broth
Instructions
- Wash, peel and gradually slice the vegetables.
- Then put the grated vegetables in a saucepan, pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
- Add the lentils after the first 10 minutes and let everything cook gently for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the heat and keep the lid closed until the soup stops boiling ..... then arrange the plates.
